Can I get help installing?

Sometimes becomes a problem much easier if you see the same thing. We can login on your computer using a software called Teamviewer.
If you would like us to help you by logging on to your computer, it is an advantage if you have downloaded and installed the software before we heard on the phone.

It is also an advantage if you have sent us an email with the user number and PIN code as the program shows after installation. It allows us to quickly and easily connect to your PC.

It is important to know that it is you who still are in control of who is logged on to your computer.
