History

Stockletter AB is one of the oldest companies providing financial information over the Internet on the Swedish market. The company has its origins in Stockwords which was started already 1994. Technical analysis has always been the Foundation of Stockletter.

Pretty soon recognised the need for reliable data for those users who wanted to make their technical analysis. Good and reliable data for the Swedish stock market was missing and one of the first databases of technical analysis for the Swedish market out. Since then the database has been expanded, and data for certain shares stretches all the way back to 1980 While we have histories of several indexes that extends that long back that 1928.

1996 came the first newsletter called Stockletter out, then on the fax. The use of technology, however, has always been something that characterised Stockletter and as the Internet grew, the distribution to be made through e-mail. Today these newsletters as part of the extensive range that Axier Equities Ltd offers the public.

In the years that followed, the company has also published the books written by one of the Stockletters previous owners.

Then 2012 Stockletter AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Axier Equities LTD continue to develop the database and widen the assortment.
